Ball is easily scuffed
Ball looks good and plays well enough but is easily marked and scuffed.Dirt gets in the marks and leaves the ball dirty looking. I would not buy again

Great mid handicap ball
Extremely durable. Soft feel from any shot on the course. Better than most of the top competitors out there. Worth a shot would purchase again

Not a Premium Ball
Reviewer: 10 HDCP, 112-118 MPH driver clubhead speed. I had high hopes given the comparison to left-dash ProV1s, but was pretty disappointed. The urethane cover is much harder than every other urethane ball I've used, which is reflected in the spin. These spin and stop more like a Top Flite than a Tour-level ball. They don't feel good on contact either, very clicky and hard. Distance-wise, they're a full club shorter than every other ball I play as well. I could justify that if they spun and felt great, but they don't. Your money is likely better spent on a Cut Blue/Blue DC, Vice Pro/Plus/Soft. I'll concede that maybe I got a bad batch, but that's a problem in-and-of itself.

Responsive and Longer Golf Ball
The Trust Bison V golf ball was ordered as an addition to my equipment.I had never heard of the Trust golf ball, and when I saw them advertised, it was decided to order the Bison V in yellow. Depending on the time of year, I alternate between 2 name brand golf balls. One has a much softer feel for early spring when my swing is not ready for full time summer golf. Then, after practice and an increase in temperature, I switch to a firmer feeling "pro" golf ball which is similar to the Bison V ball. The 3-piece Bison V ball when hit with a driver has good distance, and when compared to the firmer feel ball the distance was very similar. Also, the ball did not feel like I was hitting a "rock". The ball does have a seeming higher compression, but there is also some nice give when struck properly. Since I had very good distance, it is my opinion the ball came off the face of the driver at a somewhat lower spin rate. I tried fading and drawing the ball, and there was no overwhelming left or right,....one way or the other. That may be a function of my swing, but that is what was observed. The ball had good overall spin coming off my shorter irons. I was not looking for the ball to backup substantially since I generally do not put emphasis on that phase of my game. What I am looking for is for the ball to drop, bounce, and stop. The Bison V did exactly that for me. The ball feels sensitive when it is chipped. In addition, there was good roll and feel when it is putted. The ball is made for those individuals who swing speeds are generally between 95 and 105 MPH. If one is well below 95, then the ball is probably going to feel hard. For those who have swing speeds above 105, it would be well worth trying the ball to see if it fits your game since some people like the feel of a slightly softer feeling ball. Trust does make golf balls for speeds below 95 and above 105 MPH.One of the features of this golf ball is that it has a urethane cover. This is my preferred cover for golf balls. Other type materials sometimes reduce the feel of the golf ball and make it feel either mushy or like a rock. The cover on this ball has good feel. In addition, the ball I ordered is an optic type yellow which makes it easier for me to see than white.BOTTOM LINE: This is a good golf ball that compares favorably with the name brand tour style golf balls, but it has a much lower price. The distance and feel are very good. Based upon its current price point, I would order this ball again.

don't Trust these
These Trust Bison Xs just aren't up to par. They aren't cheap at $35 a dozen, so it's not like you're saving money versus buying one of the big brands. They were harder than I prefer and they scuff much easier than my normal balls. I can't remember the last time I scuffed a ball with an iron but I pulled it off with these.

These balls are soft as advertised!
Wow these balls are super soft and you barely feel it when it hits the club. They still travel as far if not farther than my usual ball! I love the feel of hitting these balls as it feels like nothing yet. You still know if it's a good shot or not right away. It's a very interesting feel to what's going on. The color on the other hand can be difficult at best. I don't play at the expensive courses so using a yellow ball on a course that has a lot of dandelions outside the fairway makes finding this ball very difficult! Granted. If I was a good golfer I would be in the fairway and this wouldn't be a problem. Based on how soft and well these hit and fly, I will practice more and take my chances at the color of the ball!
