What does this smell like? Is it strong?

Not a strong smell. I don't detect a bleach smell, more like a light odor. Not bad, though.

Can i use this product with a fogger and how? and can i i use it indoor or to disinfect cars?

Not with a fogger. You have to dampen the surface and allow it to sit. It’s to be used on hard, non-porous surfaces. Not upholstery.

Can this product be used with bleach

I used this product to sprout seed for my birds. If youre using it to clean anything an animal is going to eat, I would not recommend using bleach. I would call the customer service number on the label. In my opinion mixing any chemical with this product would not be safe.
