tl;dr: We adopted our bun in November of 2022 and it was a real challenge to figure out what the best litter box setup was for our free roam house bun. We went through SO MANY LITTER BOXES trying to find the perfect option and this is it!BUNNY LITTER BOX CRITERIAOk, so this is what I was looking for in regards to the perfect litter box for our bun:- Big enough to fit our 6.5 lbs bun.- Easy to fill hay manger thingy from the top.- Contains hay as much as possible.- Plastic floor with holes so it's more comfortable for our bun's feetsies.- Easy to pull out the litter pan.- Fits the same size of pee pads that we already have. lolAdmittedly, this criteria was developed after purchasing three or four other more traditional litter boxes and then one that is very similar to this product. The traditional litter boxes just resulted in a lot of mess because our bun was standing in the litter box with his pee and poop. When I found the one that is similar to this product it was such a huge relief. IT CONTAINS THE HAY (mostly). It works well with some modifications, which is removing the top grate thing of the cage so that it is easier to refill his hay. It's also not the easiest to pull out the litter tray, but that could be because we don't have the wheels on it.WHAT I LIKE- Everything. This litter box literally meets every criteria I have for the ideal bunny litter box.- It's so easy to open and close the top to refill his hay. The same goes for opening and closing the door/ramp. The other one we have that is similar to this is not as easy to open and close. If you have a bunny, you know how awful their pee smells and so the least amount of time you have to spend around the pee, the better off you are.- The litter pan slides out so smoothly. It's amazing. I love it. Again, anything that makes cleaning a bunny's litter box easier makes me happy.- The plastic grate is so smooth and it is ONE PIECE. The other one we have has two grates and a plastic piece in the middle. This just makes for a lot more places for bunny pee to get into and to have to clean. It's not fun. It smells. It's hard to clean. One piece is SO MUCH BETTER.WHAT I DON'T LIKE- The ramp/door is advertised as non-slip, but it's not. I just put a blanket on it to make it easy for him to get in and out. I also bought clear 1" tread tape and cut it to fit in between all of the lines. He still didn't trust it at first, so we keep the blanket around, but when the blanket falls off, he will still go up the ramp. The tread tape is something I highly recommend that you purchase with this if you're using it for a litter box.- It's not that I don't like this, it's just not useful to our bun. The little "loft" and ramp that comes with this is useless for our bun. He weight about 6.5 lbs and is the same length as the ramp and could never fit on the loft. We tried using the loft to set his hay on, but that was obviously very messy. I just took these out. If you have a larger bun, I would just not install them.Pictured is our void bun, Bean, enjoying his gourmet hay. You can also see the tread tape, which is what looks like the frosted part on the ramp. Also, the blanket that sometimes stays attached. Depends on how aggressively our bun is playing with the other animals in the house. lol

This cage is awesome. It was easy to put together with transparent instructions. Why did I not get this sooner? It eliminates all of the nasty bedding and wood shavings that is just a breeding ground for flies. I like how it's on wheels for easy moving and the pull out tray is going to be heaven for cleaning.

Bought for my ferret it’s very nice easy to put together little small for her but it works for what I need it for I use it for just when I go places and they don’t want her to run around ..

Nice little cage. Super easy to set up. Only on little ding when it arrived, wish it didn't have that as much as I paid. It doesn't effect the use of the cage (yet). Great size for little dwarf rabbit and she seems content. Wish the door was cage (wire) instead of plastic. I wonder if it breaks if I can just order a new door? Definitely recommend thothough!

The original cage that I had ordered that was first shipped was different than what I had ordered HOWEVER they took care of it and gave us a refund. Even though the cage was different than what I ordered the first time, I was so super impressed by the quality of the cage that was sent that I had ordered another one. I have spent HOURS trying to find a cage with a removable tray that also won’t get our Guinea pigs legs stuck through and this is PERFECT! I definitely recommend and I totally would use this seller again. Our other cage for them didn’t have a removable tray which made clean up terrible! Also, the shipping was a lot quicker than what the delivery date was given which made me super happy. This cage is going to make my life easier with clean up and that’s the worst part about these animals is the cleaning lol

My bunny really loves her new cage! It was much bigger then I expected it to be but the instructions were a bit confusing to me so it took me a little bit to build the cage and it was also a bit difficult to slide on the covers on the corners of the cage and I had to use a hammer to get the corners to slide down. However, I really like the cage and I believe my bunny will enjoy her new cage.
