The media could not be loaded. It's taste was not that so good and if you are a bigneer then you feel sweet mouth after taking this and you feel pain and heat in stomach so first for few days take half quantity of serving

Very Bad Taste.. Not recommend for beginners (Taste Wise)
First the taste is very bad as a beginner you would have a very hard time consuming it. It's sticky and too sweet. I would say do some more research and buy something else which is easy to consume.
