Bought another one of these, yours one doesn't smell the first one did.

This unit did not ship with any Remote Control. I wish it had. I am willing to to pay few dollars more for a real remote. The temp setting plug does not have any timer so you can turn it off at night or turn it on at certain time. Love to know what is a good Remote Control replacement for this unit.

Easy to install, quickly warms the room and keeps it at a comfortable temperature. I may have to buy another on for my office.

So, of the three that we received, two of them came cracked across the panel straight out of the packaging. Now, if that is the intention of the manufacturer then they nailed it. I doubt most people want something that is new to arrived broken.Ultimately, returning stuff back to Amazon no matter how easy it has become, is still an inconvenience. Having to return multiple items to get one that is not broken upon arrival has definitely diminished what turns out to be a great product.So.....with all of this said, when we finally got one that wasn't cracked, it is easily installed and functions really well. In fact, we would buy more of them if we didn't feel like we have to order multiple just to get one that isn't cracked.

We have used a passive heater before, this looks like a previous design that has been purchased and upgraded with a new company.

O dislike this product because of the really bad smell,Smell like the unit is melting down.

This product does require hardwiring or the purchase of a hardwire connector. The hardwire connector was easiest and cheaper than getting an electrician which would have substantially added to my cost. The panel projects good heat that spreads around the room. Good buy to solve cold room problem and camouflage the heat source. No one has realized the square on the wall was the source and it takes up no floor space. Best heater ever!!!

The media could not be loaded. No calienta casi nada.... no lo recomiendo ni para cuartos pequeños , creo que es una estafa de producto, que además se demora mucho en llegar. Me gustaría devolverlo y tener mindineronde vuelta
