A Perfect Fit for the Kohler Santa Rosa, Funtions as well as a Toto Washlet!
I was in the market for a bidet seat for a guest bathroom that has a Kohler Santa Rosa compact elongated toilet. Finding a compatible seat can be tricky with compact models, but after some research, I purchased the Kohler PureWash E820. I can confirm that it fits the Santa Rosa perfectly! The installation process was straightforward and simple. It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. The majority of that time was actually spent maneuvering within the tight confines where my plumbing valves are located—the bidet hardware itself connected seamlessly. In our master bathroom, we have a high-end Toto C5 Washlet. I was a bit worried the E820 might feel like a downgrade, but I was wrong. All of the functions on the PureWash E820 work equally as well as those on the Toto C5. The wash settings, water pressure, and temperature controls are excellent and provide a consistently great experience. If you have a Kohler Santa Rosa and are looking for a bidet seat that is guaranteed to fit, the E820 is an excellent choice. It offers premium functionality and easy installation, making it a fantastic value. Highly recommended!

Worth Every Penny
I spent a lot of time looking around Amazon for an electric toilet seat/bidet and I kind of got into "analysis paralysis" with all of the choices, the different prices, all of the different features, and all of the positive and negative reviews. I knew going with Kohler was somewhat of a safe bet because I have a few of their other products and the quality seems to be good. Basically, I knew I wanted an electric toilet seat with a bidet with a seat heater, electric deodorizer, and with warm water. I also knew I did NOT want a toilet seat with a remote controller (seriously, why do you need a remote to control something you are literally sitting on?). I found this bidet to be fairly easy to install. I have almost zero plumbing experience, so I was thankful for that. The seat controls are VERY easy to figure out. Everything is pretty self-explanatory. The deodorizer is...ok. It's not the greatest, but it's WAY better than a bidet that doesn't come with one. I love that the toilet seat has an automatic light that turns on at night. I like that it is self-cleaning. I love that the seat is always warm. *One thing to note is that the bidet does not have a connection to your hot water source.* This was actually a POSITIVE selling point for me, because I didn't want to have to drill a hole in my cabinet to get to the sink connections. This means, however, that even if you set the bidet water to the warmest setting, is not going to be warm right away. It does warm up very quickly (I'm talking seconds), though, and I have had no issues with it. The electrical cord doesn't reach too far. My bathroom outlet is right next to the toilet, but it is on TOP of the counter, not below it (I feel like this is how most bathrooms are). So I was disappointed that the cord does not reach that far, however, I got an inexpensive 3-pronged extension cord and that solved the problem. Ultimately, I've had this toilet seat / bidet for about 3 months now and I still love it. Guests love it too! For what fancy bidets are going for these days, I think this is absolutely worth it.

Almost great. Not sure about the pricetag.
I bought this because my wife is always worried about the bidet nozzle getting poop on it. Between the automatic rinses, the disinfecting UV light, and ESPECIALLY the door flaps protecting both the fan and nozzle from liquid poop splatters; I knew this was the right bidet for us. PROS: - I never knew I wanted a heated seat until I used one and then pooped somewhere else on a cold seat. - The flaps do their job magnificently. - There is actually an odor eliminator in the seat that starts when you sit. When you're sharing a bathroom and you both ate spicy tacos, this is super nice. - The seat is sort of awkwardly shaped in the back, but it makes you sit in just the right position to get sprayed in the right spot. - It hits that right spot and leaves both the wife and I feeling clean enough to let the other admire our butts with the confidence of knowing nothing was left behind. CONS: - The air dryer feels like it's blowing a very light breeze of cold air on your bum. It negates the benefit of having a warm water rinse. Also, the breeze is so light that it doesn't actually do anything to dry you off. I still find myself wiping once just to dry off. - You need to have an electric outlet near your toilet. I got super lucky and already had one there, but make sure you look for one. At my old house (and other bathroom) I would have needed to run an extension cord across the floor or over the sink to make this thing work. - It's kind of an energy hog. It's nice having a heated seat when you need it, but a real waste of energy to keep the seat warm while it waits for your cheeks. - The water pressure is lacking. I was somewhat surprised because we have phenomenal water pressure in the bathroom, but this is by far the weakest bidet of any that I have tried. It gets the job done, but I sometimes want to have a power washer scrape anything lingering around. I had a Tushy in a 3rd floor condo with awful water pressure and this is weaker than that. This might be necessary due to the need to heat the water before spraying it. More pressure = More Water = Less Time to heat water - Air dryer can send odors out of the toilet bowl and into the room. MAKE SURE YOU FLUSH BEFORE FIRING THAT UP! - That remote controlled unit was an extra $100. I opted for the one with the buttons on the side as the only means of control. In hindsight, the extra $100 might have been worth it. I don't use most of the buttons on the toilet because I can never remember what they all do and you never know what heat setting or pulse pattern it's on because I can't see the controller. I have a lot of pictures of my naked butt cheek and the control panel on my phone so I can figure out what's going on. Hopefully I'll memorize it some day, but as of now, I just use the rear wash and stop button when I poop.

It is a very nice product much better than the tradition stand alone bidet. It is well built and easy to use once you learn its many functions. Installation is straight forward and comes with good instruction. However be very careful in connecting the water supply to the toilet and seat because Kohler uses plastic (nylon) fittings which can be stripped easily if not careful. I wish Kohler would use brass fittings instead.

It is designed for certain countries, as I can not find the compatible adapter for the product, even the international or universal adapters available in my country are not compatible for the product. I am unable to use the product.

Works well. Easy to install. Love the light at night. I can’t compare this to others as far as how it functions but it seems to work as it’s supposed to.

Have been using this almost a year now. Installation is easy and has all required parts. I like the fact it has a stainless steel want - the Toto washlets have a plastic nozzle. Otherwise, it is a great functioning bidet, and I've just ordered a C3 050 for a 2nd bathroom which is missing the heated seat and the deoderizer. I'm okay with that due to current pandemnic pricing on the 155, and also, there are some drawbacks 1. The heated seat cannot be turned off. Kohler said it would not be on when not in use, which is a lie as measured by my FLIR infrared camera. There is no eco mode to turn off the heated seat either, which the Toto Washlets have so you're not heating it at 2AM. 2. The first 1 second of water is unheated. I wish Kohler would have let more water dribble out of the wand, expelling the cold from the lines, before engaging full pressure. Not a deal breaker and I think I prefer the on-demand style versus the resevoir of the low/mid range washlet. 3. The deoderizer... I just moved our bidet to another washroom after almost a year of use. The intake grill for the deoderizer fan had quite a build up of basically, toilet paper dust, that had a slight yellow tinge. I mean, it's a toilet, I'm not eating off it. Just know that if left uncleaned, it could build up and clog this feature. I'm also not sure if it really makes a huge difference in the bathroom smell. Note it is possible to turn off the deoderizer function. With #1 and #3 above, consider if you really want the heated seat and deoderizer, if not the C3 050 will save you a few bucks and has less moving parts to break.

This is one of the best thing's that I could have bought for my house, and would get another in the future for sure. Built in seat warmer is 5/5, the control panel is easy to use, and the entire installation process took about 30 mins.
