I was pretty excited to buy this bike, it’s amazing at first but then all the sudden after about only 50 or so miles of riding the wheels start to squeak pretty loud when moving the bike slowly. I’d still recommend to others for buying this bike if they’re on a budget.

I bought my wife an Heybike cityscape. I liked it a lot! I wanted one for myself that did not have the low cut girls style frame. Much to my dismay they don’t have an offering of such.So I searched and found the Heybike “race” plus. I nearly did not buy it because I didn’t want a racer with a narrow racing profile tire! After reading several reviews and closely looking at the pictures I decided to take a chance and order it. The tire size is exactly the same as the cityscape tires. Race is an unfortunate name choice in my opinion.After going for several rides I was disappointed in the lean forward riding position as it caused a lot of pain in my wrists. So I bought new handlebars that instead of being straight across, raised up about 4” this made a great improvement in comfort.I also added a rack over the back tire.Hey Heybike why not add a companion bike to the cityscape? Your missing the boat! I read many reviews of others wanting the same thing. Your missing a huge market here!It is a great bike at a great price and until they come up with an alternative I highly recommend it!

I've been shopping for an ebike for over 3 years. My son's best buddy has ridden a Heybike for 2 years to and from his University with only awesome things to say about his bike. I was watching on Amazon and for Labor Day sales, I got 29% off + shipping. It arrived in two days ! It was super easy to assemble and for a 350w it really gets up and goes. I use pedal assist 1 and go 12 mph, which is plenty fast for me. After 3 rides, the battery hasn't gone down even one bar. I love this bike ! Great design, high quality, easy riding, great value and nice looking. I'm buying one for my hubby !

I’ve been riding this bike for a few weeks now. Very comfortable ride and more like a normal bike than other electric bikes I’ve seen. It has 3 levels of assist. I ran it about 10 miles at the highest assist level and it used about a third of the battery. I believe that if you go with level 1 or 2 on the assist you will most likely get about 40 miles out of the battery. I had to true the front wheel when I received it but customer service is great and they covered the cost. It’s not often that you see such great customer service from an Amazon seller. They stand by their products.

I love riding my new Race Heybike. It has really great speed and the battery lasts a long time. I bought one bike then we liked it so much my husband bought one. We enjoy riding around together. Great bike for a reasonable price.
