I am a side sleeper who uses a Bluetooth sleep mask all night long to block light & TV sounds that my husband likes to sleep to. I start with stories, meditation or podcasts then nature sounds the rest of the night. The speakers are thin which is comfortable on my ears & the included velcro pads help keep them in place when you set them where you want them. The mask is very comfortable & completely blocks the light. The nose section is shaped well, so it is easy to breathe. The included gel pack felt great being cool! I am also going to try it warmed. I have tried many masks & usually return them due to hard speakers that hurt, a lot of fabric around the nose that feels like I can’t breathe, the light slips through at the nose or being so hot that my face gets sweaty. This masks works great & I am happy with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. Out of the box I finally found the best fitting sleep mask. It was light and consistently cool in temperature, it closed around my head and didn't pop off. Most importantly it had a thin speaker that didn't cause sores on my ears. I do not know why it's so rare for Bluetooth sleep masks but it doesn't make any noise when it disconnects.That is where my favorite features end.To start: within a couple months the receiving material of the hook and loop began pilling and doesn't close as easily. With each use it gets weaker.While there are very few notification sounds. The mask will disconnect from a device if no sound is playing after a few minutes and it will continuously connect and reconnect with a jarring "paired" at a loud volumeThe back part of the mask is quite thick, this should only affect people who sleep on their back. But it can hurt your neck if you sleep on it wrong.The breaking point for me is the battery. The battery life was amazing for 4-6 monthsUntil this month it started losing battery and only lasted 7 hours. I could deal with it but I wasn't happy.Last week it began only lasting 5 hours and last night it only lasts an 1 hr and 30 mins.I would absolutely recommend this mask to anyone and with no hesitation rate this 5 stars if these issues were taken care of. But as of now I am very disappointed in the lack of consistent quality that I found on day 1.

Love it, but where I hotflash at night, it burns me up.

Very hard to change themes and better only lasts for one night. Very bummed. Speakers are flat but my left side quit working maybe cause I sleep on that side. Very sad that I found a score but guess I need to buy a more expensive one.

I bought this mask primarily to listen to ASMR videos before bed and for occasional use as a light blocking mask. I had thinner headband style sleep phones from another seller that stopped working. This mask is high quality and thick. The material is cool against your face and the included cool pack fits well inside a top opening zipper pouch. The adjustable speakers are much thinner and more flexible than my previous sleep phones and the sound quality is surprisingly great. Even the built in white noise/sounds that I had very low expectations for are high quality. The Velcro is low profile and not the kind that sticks in long hair. Everything was packaged nicely in a packable travel pouch. I am beyond pleased with this mask. Highly recommend!

I've been looking for a while for headphones to use while I'm sleeping, because the audiobooks I listen to at night disturb my boyfriend's sleep. But I also use the cold pack in my previous sleep mask for headaches, so I needed one with that, and this was the only mask I found that fit both criteria.The sound is better than I expected, so I'm pretty happy with that. The headphones took a little getting used to sleeping on, but there's a lot of padding so it's ok. The battery life is good, it lasts all night and charges quickly. And the cold pack that came with it has about twice the gel in it of previous ones I've gotten, so it cools better and stays cool longer. I will probably be buying a second one.

I had a different sleep mask with speakers and I loved it! My son ruined it so I finally bought another one. This one is nice and I love the cold insert but the battery life is horrible.

While this mask is pretty comfortable to sleep with, it does not block out enough sound from outer sources. I got this because I’m a no light no tv sleeper and my SO is a TV sleeper. I can still hear the dang laughter of the whatever dumb show he has on in the back ground quite clearly. This product would be great for if you are traveling and staying at hotels and such and want to block out noise. But it does not block out same room noise enough.The coolable removable eye mask is great.Also the white noise sounds have weird sounds accompanying them that aren’t part of the white noise. Which makes it hard to sleep while using them because my brain is wondering what the heck the other noise is. This is why I got the product and I can’t even use themAlso maybe consider lining the part that touches the face and hair with satin.Going to look for another option that can help with SAME ROOM NOISE. I’d like to stop sleeping on the couch.
