I took a bad fall a week ago and landed hard on my tail bone. Sitting or lying down has caused extreme pain. My only regret with this product is that I didn’t order it sooner. I'm 6' weigh 195. And this Pillow has made it comfortable for me to sit in a chair again. Which includes a straight back and recliner. As well as using it to drive with. Furthermore it provides the same relief in my bed. I had looked at higher priced pillows. Including Amazon picks. But kept coming back to this relatively inexpensive one. So glad I did. It has made such a difference. The pain relief was so immediate, coupled with my lack of sleep. I fell asleep within the hour. If you have problems sitting on your butt for any reason other than laziness, then maybe this is what you need. Very well made. The bottom fabric keeps it from sliding. Even on leather or high quality sheets. This is one pillow I wish I had ordered sooner. 5 stars. I highly recommend it for one of many uses.

Softer than my last cushion by another company. No gel unfortunately. OPT FOR THE GEL.Pay a little more, but worth it. The gel in my old cushion was still working. The foam was not. I stripped the gel out of the old and transplanted to the new.IDK if this one will last as long, but my hybrid design is very comfortable now.

This brand works for me for preventing tailbone pain in both my ergonomic computer chair and my recliner. The "large" is not really that large but it works for an average size male. The cushioning has not lost any loft in 6 months of using a few hours per day. It is firm but still conforms somewhat to your shape. I've found the hump on this, unlike another brand I tried, to not aggravate the male body parts, probably because the leg parts don't sink down so much that it would. The gray is very attractive and high quality-looking. It stays in place - doesn't slide much. I'm buying another now for future use.

Its a little to firm for me. I was hoping for something with gel in it . But it came rather quickly. I could not use it in my chair an have tried it other places like wooden stools and in my car. It just doesnt fit me. It slides on my car seat and i sit too high. It may work for others , just not for me.

Firm yet comfortable support. Unzip the cover to wash it — so easy. Bought this for my mom a few years ago. She puts it on the seat of her walker and uses it in the car or at the dining room table. It’s held up great!

Nice product. It's very comfortable. Just beware, it turns into a block of concrete when left in a cold car. Fortunately, it will soften up again when your warm butt is on it for a while.
