Great for post partum shedding
Love this brand overall. Definitely came in handy post partum slowed down shedding and helped keep my hair full while nursing. Used for whole pregnancy and 15 months nursing post partum.

Grew my hair!
Obviously was pregnant when I took these however, my hair grew like crazy! The taste was not pleasing I think if I had a reason not to take these during my pregnancy it would be because they were not easy on my taste buds. Other than that, I still take these even after my pregnancy.
