Got this product to help with cooking items that need a lot of turning while cooking in hot oil. The product does work well grabbing the food to turn and it is also quite sturdy. However, the hook on the end is quite thick, and while it might work well for thick pieces of meat and chicken, it is a bit too thick to use on thinner cuts of meat and chicken , such as chicken cutlets, potato pancakes, and bacon. Would like to see an item like this with a smaller and thinner hook on the end. The item itself is quite sturdy however. And the handle is thick and easy to hold. Appreciated the plastic cover to put over the tip to prevent accidental pokes.
