I used this to coat marinated chicken to make bang bang chicken and it worked wonderfully. The chicken tasted good and the coating was crispy once fried. Would purchase again.

Great for homemade yogart and thicking stews.

If you look up the benefits of this product over the widely available corn starch, you will find it has better health benefits than corn starch. There isn't a huge benefit, but take the benefits when you can get them is my philosophy.

This stuff is fanatic and easy. Fool proof as well. I love to thicken soups and even frozen packaged dinners, as well as ramen on occasion when I put a lot into it and want a sudden stew. Works as well with meats as it does with veggies also pasta. Get your meal going, add stock if needed, get it bubbly and sprinkle a spoonful of this into and stir like you're rowing for shore in a storm because it thickens instantantaneously. Delicious, fast, no prep, always works, don't need much. Come on, what more can you ask?
