Works perfectly
Every place around here has started charging $1.50 for AIR. I paid for my air a couple of days ago. The pump turned on, I connected the inflation hose, the pump pumped, after several cycles, the pump dinged indicating that the desired amount of air was in the tire that was indicating it was low. The automated pump did not indicate how much pressure was in the tire and seemed to be preset to 32 lbs with no way to adjust. So, I assumed the tire had enough pressure. When I got back in the car the low tire pressure warning light was still on and the dash readout was still showing only 28 psi. I came home and checked the tire with a pressure gauge and sure enough, it only had 28 psi of pressure. Since I didn't want to keep paying for something I breathe for free, I opened my computer and jumped on the Amazon site and checked the features and ratings on portable tire inflator pumps. This unit had very high marks from a ton of users so I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived today (Saturday). Very fast shipping. I had already read other user's comments and directions on how to use the inflator but still read the quick reference instruction page that came with the pump. According to some users, if you don't follow the connection steps precisely you won't have much success. I started the car, plugged the power connector into the outlet, connected the hose to the tire and waited until it indicated the pressure that was actually in the tire. (The pressure gauge and the low-pressure indicator on my dash readout matched. Good to know the car tells the truth with the warning systems). I set the digital readout to the desired pressure and only then did I turn on the power switch on the inflator. I have used other portable inflators before and this unit seems to be faster at reaching the proper pressure. It increased by about 1/2 psi every 10 seconds or so. When it hit the preset pressure it automatically stopped pumping. The power plug and cord as well as the inflation hose all stored very neatly back in the slots. The inflator comes with a very nice storage bag. I put the inflator in the bag and zipped it closed and then easily stored it in the equipment compartment under the flooring in the back of my SUV. This is a very nice, small, accurate, and easy-to-use inflator as long as you do everything in the proper order. The best part is, I don't have to search around town to find a location that actually has a tire inflation pump and then pay $1.50 to use equipment that my not be working properly. The pump is a bit loud for something so small, but it is not like I am trying to take a nap while it is doing its job

6 Years!
6 years later using this tire pump pretty consistently and its still working, I'm not sure if they changed the model since then. I've had this tire pump sitting in all weather conditions hot & cold and this pump does not care, it still continues to work. This pumps tires up very fast & precisely for its size, could not expect better. The light on it is also very helpful for dark conditions.

Works great
I tried once, and I was happy with the result. Gos from 27PSI TO 36PSI for about 2 minutes. Very good. I contacted the customer service and my experience was outstanding.

Easy To Use And Accurate
Works well and easy to use. Reliable. Shuts itself off when desired pressure is reached. Very portable and easy to move from tire to tire. Small enough to store in the trunk without taking up much space. Cord is long enough to move around the car. I also use it to inflate my bicycle tires with the cord plugged into my car cigarette lighter. I wish it had an AC plug, but it only has a 12 volt plug for the cigarette lighter.

Great tool for any driver. A real saver
This is a perfect tool to have. It works off the 12 volt outlet in your vehicle. The cord is about 12 feet long When the cold air changes the pressure I just connect it. Set the pressure for what I want , press the start button. It’s done. I had a screw in the tire and filled the tire and drove to the tire store to have it repaired.

It Does The Job Adequately. Very short hose
PROS: -A good product to have for emergency purposes. -Simple to use. -It cuts off at the PSI you set it to. -The light is a nice touch. -It does the job quite adequately but not as fast as advertised. Still, it will pump your tires and get you on the road. -The cord is plenty long for small and medium sized vehicles. Didn't try it on a large SUV or a big Pick Up Truck. CONS: -The hose! The hose is not long enough. It should've been at least 6 inches longer. It works okay on smaller size tires but it is awkward. For larger size tires you'll have to move your vehicle to get the stem lower to the ground to make it work. Otherwise the pump will hang suspended from the stem. Not a good idea! If it wasn't for the short hose, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Revised Rave Review - Useless for large pool floats
Revision: I purchased this to (among other things) fill large pool floats. The directions for doing so are non-existent and, so far, it has been impossible to use this device to inflate even the smallest of floats. The plug-in does not turn on the machine. It seems to only work with car cigarette lighter. Regardless of how low you set the air pressure the nozzles do NOT pump any air AND almost immediately stop working. YouTube does not help—I checked. VERY disappointed in this item unless you are filling a tie vehicle or riding lawn mower tires. I’ve had this less than 2 weeks and have used it on my pool floats, my riding lawn mower (tire was a bit soft) and my car. Easy to use either by plugging it into an outlet or your cigarette lighter; both work great! Worth the price and peace of mind. (When that tire pressure light comes on and you are no where near air, there’s now no cause for panic.). Small, compact and simple to use.

Very limited lifetime
The unit itself works well. It sits in the back of the car for emergencies only, so it not used very often. The pump has started leaking and takes a lot longer to inflate a tire after a few dozen uses over a couple years
