Excellent pasta. “Lenta Lavorazione” means it is processed slowly. It is a lighter color than pasta made in the US, which means it is a higher quality. (Compare different brands in the grocery stores)Pasta makers in the US tend to dry their pasta at very high heat, which means they can produce masses of it, faster, thus, more money.Of more importance to me, the pasta is made in Italy, using Italian wheat, which is definitely better than our American wheat, which has been modified to the point of being unrecognizable. Every trip I make to Italy, I eat tons of pasta and pizza, and NEVER have any stomach issues.Italy is proud of their cuisine, and rightfully so.The Rummo products take a bit longer to cook, so expect that.

Pricey, due to tariffs, etc., but worth it. It's delicious --unlike most other brands, which taste like paste starch. Has a nutty flavour, and good texture. They upgraded my order for free, as well. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Yummy! I'm trying to buy Italian made noodles when I can to avoid some of the crud that's in American food, and these noodles did not disappoint. I will be ordering again! Tasty and seemingly better for you.

Rummo no. 3 spaghetti does an excellent job absorbing sauce and flavors, while maintaining a firm texture. With my acidic well water, it takes 25 minutes to boil. After draining, I stir the pasta, sauce and reserved water for roughly 3-5 minutes. I'm amazed out how well Rummo no. 3 holds together, throughout the cooking process, without being sticky or mushy. Highly recommended

I was looking for a good Italian pasta that didn't make me feel bloated. Rummo was recommended from an Italian man who makes his own pasta. It is a bit pricey but love that it doesn't make me feel bloated. I would recommend!

I had read that the wheat in Italy is better for you than in the U.S., so I thought we'd try it. It tastes better and seems to have more substance. The pasta we had been using seemed to go from too hard to too soft. This is somehow soft enough yet has a nice texture.

I'm a huge pasta lover and, after reading reviews, decided to order this. Now I'm spoiled with its rich flavor! You can definitely tell a difference between brands you see in the store and Rummo! Highly recommend!
