Prepare to return one shortly after you receive it should you choose to throw caution yo the wind!
This phone is beautiful. But the battery only stays charged for an hour and it takes FOREVER to charge. The touchscreen is insensitive to touch most of the time and if that's not bad the caller voulme is if no use. I don't even want to put one star.

DOA (both of them that I purchased)
DOA both times I purchased this phone. I hoped the 1st one that didn't work was just an anomaly, it wasn't. How unfortunate.

MTP Not Working
It works as advertised, which is good. But I do have a very annoying issue that doesn't allow me to do file transfer with a USB connection. I tried everything, and the phone itself doesn't recognize USB cable's Media Transfer Protocol. It did work when I first got it. I even went as far as to check the pins and nothing seemed damaged. I will leave 3 stars for the inconvenience.

Received in perfect physical shape
Received in perfect physical shape. Nice looking phone. But what good is it if it does not power up? Does not take charge (the usual charging led indicator does not light), tried a different charger to be sure it was not a bad charger, no luck. Left overnight on charger,Returning

Charger built in port damaged
I had this phone little over 2months & everything was fine at first because I loved this phone so much & all of a sudden it just stopped charging and wouldn't stay charged so I thought the charger cable was damaged but what was damaged was the charger port inside the phone. It's not very sturdy or maybe it was just the phone I purchased! I loved the phone but not enough to. Purchase another one so I'm without a phone currently until I purchase another one. This phone was great until the charger port inside the phone decided to find its way a loose..so for that a 2 star.

This phone is for my teenage son. It’s a simple inexpensive phone and has great feature. The phone looks very sleek. It has a 13MP camera, which is far better than the other inexpensive smartphones on the market. It also comes with a clear case, which is a nice touch. It has 16GB internal storage space so can install more than just a few apps. The storage is more than sufficient for teenager's social media and games. My son is really happy with this phone. It runs smooth and he hasn't have any issue with it so far. Overall it suits the needs of the average person very well and has plenty of power, ram, and storage to do many things.
