AGFRC Sub-Micro RC Servo Motor - Upgrade Metal Gear 8g 1kg 0.075Sec high Speed Coreless Digital Drift Racing Servo for 1/28 RC Cars Airplanes(B05CLS)

This servo was a massive upgrade compared to the cheap one on my HBX 16889. It's able to turn the wheels MUCH easier and is much more precise in how it reacts to your inputs. So far the waterproof claim is holding up as I've had 5 sessions over multiple days driving it through snow, slush, and puddles like it's nothing. To fit it into my 16889 I got a boxcutter glowing red hot with a blowtorch and cut off the mounting brackets on the sides. I would recommend doing so in a garage with the door open or outside so you are not trapped with the burnt plastic fumes. I also had to trim the mounting bracket inside the car itself. After that it fits very snug just like the stock servo. If you don't mind tinkering then I would say this is the best servo you can get for that car. (Make sure your ESC takes a 3 pin servo, not a 5 pin)

I used it as a steering control for 1:10 crawler and after 20 mins of using the servo gears started to slip. After inspecting the internal gears, one is made of plastic which breaks easily.

AGFRC makes high-quality durable servos, and so when it came time to replace them in my mini E-Revo, i turned to them.Unfortunately the specs here are slightly inaccurate for the version I purchased (The B13DLM-V2) and they ended up being too small for my mini E-Revo.
