This product is superbly made and seems to be crafted from sturdy materials in an easy to use design. The ease of use and simplicity of the product make it something that I can commit to on a daily basis. Simply stored and easy to get out and use before bedtime. I have been using it for a week now and I am already feeling the benefits. My neck tension is releasing and my headaches seem to be diminishing. It’s amazing how such a small product can work in such an immediate way.Some discomfort at first- but, like others have said, after using for a few days the spine begins to align and the discomfort subsides. I would highly recommend this product!

I love this product! I've had two neck discectomies and three for my lower back too. I have degenerative disc disease and have since I was in my 30's. My profession is being a choir teacher and piano player and especially during musical season my neck just kills me after a long day. Just laying on the ground doesn't help, but when i lay on this, it does the trick in a matter of minutes. Nothing magic.....just puts my neck back together straight. Great value in my opinion! I take it in it's case everywhere I go! If you've done all the "stuff" and just need moderate neck relief this is your product! (THis wouldn't have helped much when I couldn't get out of bed, but who knows....I didn't have it then!)

I’ve used this for about a month now and it has significantly given me relief on my neck.The bone on my neck is starting to protrude and I had to fine something to reduce the pain and prevent a hump on my neck.I would recommend to use it as directed, 10 mins a couple times during the day. I use neck afterwards and see the change. I did!

My husband and I both have cervical spine issues and own many different devices for pain relief between the two of us. I ordered this mainly due to the start of a dorwarger's hump for myself and the description stated it helps with this. I work on the computer all day, which causes neck pain as well. The support this device offers is gentle, yet very effective! My husband has given it a try and it has become is favorite device for relieving his neck and shoulder pain as well. Many of the other devices we have cause pain while using them to stretch/trigger point, etc; however, this is very comfortable and relaxing to use....especially after a day of work at the computer!

I bought this in search of quick neck pain relieve. At first, it worked so well. After 3 minutes on it, my neck would pop just like having an adjustment. This would relieve pain and increase my neck range of motion. However after a few months, it started working less and less. My neck no longer gets relief from it even if I lay on it closer to 10 minutes. Im not sure if I have built a tolerance to it, or how that is even possible. I'm not sure and Im not a doctor or chiropractor. Overall if you need quick relief this will help, but in my own experience this is not long term.

Saw this item (under a different name) advertised on IG for almost 2x the price. Having the usual neck & back pain, I figured it was worth the chance - especially since I had some reward credits on my payment method. Seriously - could not have come at a better time. Ordered it yesterday. Got up this morning with a headache - tight muscles in my neck & shoulders. Package arrived by noon and I was using it by 12:30. Got relief within a few minutes of relaxing on this. Can't wait to incorporate it in my usual neck & back therapy. I'll add updates over time - especially on it's durability.**quick update**Again, had a bad headache - stress related - neck muscles tight. Laid down with this in place. I fell asleep for about 20 minutes, but woke up feeling a lot better. This thing really does help stretch out my neck and relieve tension.

I have used this neck and shoulder relaxer for the past ten days. I am genuinely surprised by how relaxed it makes me feel. I have been using it every day since I got it.I have developed this debilitating neck tension/spasm this year with my increased stress level and having to work non-stop in front of my computer. My lower back has been bothering me as well.I do not know the exact science behind it, but when I lie down using this relaxer, it also changes how my spine touches the floor. (I usually use it on a hardwood floor). I have been using it throughout the day (if working from home) and before going to bed (5 to 10 minutes) on other days. I think it works better if you keep it to short-interval uses. Since I started using it, I have noticed that my back does not bother me as much as before. I know how debilitating the pain can be as a long-term sufferer of shoulder and neck pain. I would recommend it to anyone I know.
