Chicken Dinner Part 2 (see other review titled WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER
So, I was looking for a personal sauna that was affordable. I miss having access to one - they are just so fabulous! Somehow I stumbled upon this product..and a review that may have changed my life. That review is called WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER. It outlined how someone turned this grow tent into a personal, dry sauna. I was amazed...and quickly purchased one, hoping I'd have the same success...After waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive (the only down side), I have my DIY sauna. I used it for the 1st time last night. First, I have no experience with growing plants indoors...but this tent appears to be extremely sturdy, and well made. I imagine it will last forever. It was easy to assemble. 15 minutes, tops. Now, for the sauna part. As the other DIY'er did, I purchased heat lamps. I got 4 GE heat lamps, $44, here on Amazon. I found make your own lamp kits (bought at Ikea) tucked away in a junk drawer...Finally, a use for them! My boyfriend wrapped the cords around the inside frame of the tent (see pics), strung the cords out one of the openings, and plugged them into a power strip (not ideal, but its all we had). I purchased a thermometer (Amazon), so I could monitor the temperature inside. Goal was about 140 degrees. I dont believe I got a great thermometer. It wasnt functioning correctly after being on a stool directly under the heat lamps ( maybe that's my fault, as I have no experience with this ). Once I removed it from the tent, it came back to life. I sat it on the floor going forward. I put a medical stool inside (borrowed from my mom), and a towel. Note, there is a tray in the bottom of the tent --- imagine it's to collect water, and perhaps in my case, sweat. Ha. A nice feature, I can just pull it out, rinse, and reinstall. I let it heat up for about 15 minutes, and I ventured inside. I sat on the stool for a short time, because I felt like the lamps were going to catch my hair on fire. I moved to the floor --- it wasnt long before the token sweat beads began pouring off me...YASSS...I have my own, functional sauna! I stayed in for 15 minutes - I havent been in one for awhile, didnt want to push it. I was so happy after I exited---the feeling from a sauna is just refreshing!!! Notes: PLEASE BE CAREFUL. THIS ZIPS FROM THE OUTSIDE....the way the zippers are designed though, I could seal myself in, and move my hand along the zipper seam to unzip when I was done, and get myself out. There is fabric overlap on the inside of the zipper path, so I'm not even sure I need to try to zip it all the way...I think I"ll try this option, as I'm not trying to DIE in this thing. There are multiple openings around the tent..they can be pulled shut with the attached strings. This can be helpful too if you get overheated and need to get fresh air quickly and easily. I also will be taking a sharp knife/box cutter inside with me, in case I get stuck (I suppose the zipper could malfunction at some point). I wore my fibit, so I could keep track of time - I'm not sure how this kind of concentrated heat will impact it, so I kept it covered with a towel. Don't use this unsupervised.. I instructed my boyfriend to check on me in 15 minutes. In summary, with this tent for $87, heat lamps for $44, and lamp kits for $0, I now have a 1 person functioning sauna in my basement. Yay for creative geniuses -- esp the reviewer that gave me this idea!!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!
I didn’t know they made 16 inch tents!! Every other brand the smallest they make is 2x2 feet which is simply too big for me. This 16 incher is the perfect footprint and it’s got some height to it at 4 ft tall! If are good at gardening, you know how to keep the plant the proper size so it doesn’t outgrow it’s space. This is just what I needed for my situation. I was so excited when I found this, great price and quality is good. Thick material, sturdy, and diamond mylar lined. It uses one of those nice big zippers and I have not had a single issue with it. If I can make one suggestion it would be to use a plastic connector (like on the corners) to connect the two poles in the middle of the frame instead of those button tabs that go into the hole. It would make it even sturdier, but this works fine for my needs.Topogrow, if you are reading this I have one request, PLEASE make an even slightly larger size tent!!! An 18 inch or even 20 inch tent with a 4 1/2 foot or 5 foot height would be PERFECT! I like the tent I have now but I can fit an extra few inches in my space. This would also set you apart from all of the other sellers because no one else makes tents this small or of varying sizes! There are many people like me on all of the growing forums who can only grow in small spaces. 2 feet x 2 feet is just too big. 18-20 inches long x 4 1/2 - 5 ft tall would be AMAZING!THANK YOU TOPOGROW!!!!

Tent for Resin Printer
Pretty easy to assemble and sturdier than I expected. Almost totally blocks the smell during operation of my Mono 4K, and I imagine a ventilation tube with a fan would eliminate it entirely. Decent cost, durability remains to be seen over time. I’ll be curious how well it holds up to repeated disassembly and reconstruction. 4/5 for now, possible 5/5 if I can take it apart and move it more than once.
