I heard that moringa can help with a lot of things but I started taking to help with internal scaring and nerve damage. I was bitten by a pit bull. There is a whole lot of pressure from a pit bull bite. It felt as if my hand were in a vice. Years later I still had pain and some nerve damage in my hand. I started taking moringa and that has mostly gone away.I'm happy to find this in capsules because the powdered form is bleh!I've known other people that have had great experiences with moringa for internal kinds of injuries and external scars so I feel good about recommending this product.I hope this helps!
