One of the best gifts ever!
I'm so pleased I brought this set. I had a look in The Entertainer and this set would have almost been double the cost.My niece, who is almost 2, loves it and it gives me a chance to show her how to use a hair dryer and a round brush in the safest possible way. It's such a sweet bonding moment to get ready together.The dryer and straighteners sound so real that I had to touch the straighteners just to make sure that they weren't hot! The button on the hair dryer does need to be continuously pressed to be turned on - which is great for power saving as well as cognitive development for children. The dryer blows out a very little amount of cold air, which my niece finds funny.I would advise buying rechargeable batteries. It would be lovely if the toys were rechargeable via USB, etc.Also, I too (along with many others who have written reviews) assumed that the comb was missing. Although this might have been the case for others, I found the comb after I emailed the supplier - I didn't look as thoroughly as I thought I did. Inside really slim cardboard sleeve was the comb! The suppliers were great and were about to send me another comb, but I managed to stop them just in time.

Very realistic
Oh my goodness this toy is insane! Very good quality!

Not great packaging
The items came in a normal, standard cardboard box and not the usual display box it comes in. The Amazon sticker was stuck to the front so it made the gift look very unappealing due to the box having a huge white Amazon sticker at the front. I wish I’d have bought from smyths so the box looked more presentable.Items good & my friends 5 year old loves her gift!

Great Christmas present
My grandaughter is going to love this. I have the real Dyson hairdryer and it looks exactly the same. She will love how it blows air and the straightners make a noise like they have been switched on. Love it

My friend thought it was real
Child absolutely loved these. I bought ti go with a child's dressing table. Showed a picture to a friend. Her comment was "I have that one, but it's a lot of money for a child". That's how realistic it looks 😂👌🏼

Not worth the money
I felt that £40 for this toy was a bit of a rip off. The only reason I bought it was that it was on my Granddaughters Christmas list.It needed 5aaa batteries and they didn’t even include them.Its well made and once the batteries are fitted in the hairdryer it does blow cold air and u had to put batteries in the straighteners too. I felt that for the cost it didn’t hold her attention for long.My Granddaughter is 2years old it might suit a kid a bit older but as I said not much there for £40.
