Didn’t like the idea of instructions being on the internet, but the product itself is great. Fast shipping, good packaging, helpful website.The grains took about 4 days in Summer to produce something that tasted OK, splitting milk into curds and whey, which I mixed together to drink. After two weeks or so, the culture was established and producing a yogurt texture along with the curds/whey.Now happily making kefir daily and my original grains (named Kevin) have gone on to birth Keith and Keira. Soon, the whole family will have a set of grains. Then the world!For a first timer, I’m very happy with my purchase. There’s a Reddit forum if you want more support.* The picture is of the grains after 3 weeks. Metal (stainless steel) sieve has been absolutely fine throughout.

Fast delivery, instructions included. Great product, works efficiently as expected :-). If making plant based kefir please bear in mind that you need to activate the grains with animal milk first.

The worst kefir grains that I have ever bought, would not buy again!!!

It does make lovely tasting Keri although the instructions online are little unreadable.

I've tried four time to make kefir with the grains and despite the customer service of thus product being very helpful I was unable to make anything more the spold milk unfortunately

Bought to start my kefir journey…..not the products’ fault I just can’t bear the taste, but I did make huge successful quantities using these grains.

I would recommend these grains as they arrived with the right weight and have worked well in the milk. Thank you.
