I have probably tried about 5 pillows over the last few years. This is the only pillow that keeps my head now only straight to sleep on my back, but comfortable enough if I slightly turn my head to lean on it. The width is a bit short but it fits inside a standard size pillow case. It provides enough elevated support for my neck as well. It isn't too hard nor too soft either.

I had been looking at this pillow for a long time and finally bought it at full price. After 2 nights I had to stop using it. Normally, I use a cervical pillow that allows you to roll to your side and has a dent in the middle for your head to rest but I found I was still getting lines on the side of my face. So after purchasing this pillow and sleeping on it I like that my face does not have lines however my neck was so kinked and achy due to not having a gradual neck support that has a pillow support that goes down at a slanted angle behind the neck to support your neck. This pillow could be wonderful if it had more neck support like the cervical pillows. This pillow and other cervical pillows both have an area to rest your arm or hand but the cervical pillows are superior due to neck support. I wasn't able to return it so it is sitting in a closet. Wish list for the manufacturers, please improve the neck support.

I needed this to support my head. I had face surgery and needed to sleep on my back in an elevated position. I liked the design but the neck support was a little too much. I flipped it around to the other side that did not have the neck support. My head is small so I would shift the pillow a little to either side so support was close to my cheek to support my face while turned to either the right or left. I am a side sleeper and this pillow was the perfect solution for me.

I've been using this for 3 months and I'm so happy with this pillow. I used to have kinks on my neck every now and then from regular pillows, no matter how many I have tried. I do sleep on my back most of the time, but sometimes I turn to the side to relieve pressure on my back. This pillow allows me to do that without putting pressure on the side of my face. I also still get good neck support at the same time. I hope this will last me a long time. My only disappointment is that I'm not able to use my regular pillow cases made of silk because of the odd shape. Having excess material on the pillow may cause wrinkles on the side of my face if I do.

This pillow does the job of supporting my head since I'm a back sleeper. It's soft enough to actually mold around my neck. I tried other pillows out that didn't do the job but one thing the competitors had that this pillow didn't was room for your shoulders. I would have liked having the pillow rested up against my shoulder that supported all the way up the neck to the head if that makes any sense. I think this pillow is extremely overpriced...but with that said, it's also the only one out of 4 pillows I've ordered that did the job.

Every morning when I got up I was very tired ( from fighting the nightmares for over 25 years ), and my whole body was aching for years. After I got this pillow by a chance, and at the first few nights I fell asleep right away but my neck was sore because the neck area on the pillow is not slope , so I ordered another pillow was called sleep & glow AULA cost me over $300 and tried it on the very first night and I switched back at the middle of the night and returned it next day. I was a side sleeper all my life and got a lot of side effects from it. This pillow is the best for me because when I sleep on it that my head feels like it’s tagging in a secure position and doesn’t feel floating around therefore I can sleep through the night without any disturbing! I still have the dreams but I don’t remember them most of time and wasn’t like before that when I woke up with the scary and the depression.

Very comfortable. It supports my neck while still feeling soft under my head. Excellent customer service. They also sent me a free extra pillow case.
