I have used this printer weekly for a little over a year now. I have issues with it off and on but they actually put through software updates on this every now and then. It always fixes the problem. You use it with an app called label life. You can adjust the feeder to small all the way to those big postage stickers you see on shipping packages. I like the pink color and that I can use it with a roll feeder. I can buy huge rolls of stickers with no problem or smaller rolls. I’ve had no problems with print quality ever. It connects to my iPad easily every time. This has held up well over time and I can’t even tell I’ve used it. Still looks new. It has a nice big power cord that disconnects completely for storage. It’s like the laptop cords. It’s compatible with my phone or iPad. I haven’t tried it with my computer because I have no need to. It’s quick and easy to set up and use. I usually print bigg stickers and smaller stickers each week. It auto feeds in and adjusts to each size without having to change anything. It auto senses your sticker size. You still have to go into the app and tell it what size stickers your printing though to get it to print them correctly, but it will feed in on its own and adjust. If you ever have problems they have a customer service number on the top of the printer. They are very helpful and will help you reset it if needed. I’ve only had to call them once. The only downside I’ve found to this printer if I cannot get the Images to flip if the sticker roll comes flipped upside down. I cannot get it to rotate for that. But it will do sideways or right side up. When I get a sticker roll that is wrong I have to manually roll it the other way to get correct stickers. Of course I like to do cute seasonal stickers, so that might not be your problem.

I really enjoyed using this little device. I love how it’s small and light. Setting it up is very manageable. The vibrant pastel color has a refreshing look. Although it works fast, it accurately prints your images. The app is also easy to use and has a great variety of designs that you can use even if you dont have your own so it’s wonderful for beginners. Of course, you also have the option of uploading your own pictures. I really appreciate how customizable the app for the windows pc is. However, the phone version is so simple that it lacks the flexibility of the PC version. I would recommend to have a ready made templates for the phone to print while utilizing more of the customization options on pc. The paper installation in the back is nice too, although I would’ve loved for it to be more wider or atleast be able to open 180 degrees. All in all this printer is amazing and I will definitely try different paper sizes for future printouts.

I have had my label printer for 8 months now. I love that it is compact and modern looking. It instantly prints labels from my i phone and the app is easy to follow. The print comes out clear and crisp. I did have trouble with the print however customer service was able to remedy the solution and maintained great communication.

**The shipping labels posted were found on google images to test the printer, it’s not my address!!** I thought this product was pretty good. The print of the shipping labels comes out perfect, clear as day. It even comes with a packet of shipping labels to print on. It’s super convenient, especially because it’s thermal and I don’t need ink to print. If you want you can even connect it to your computer and print that way or you can use the app. You can also create your own label in the app too. I do have 1 major complaint tho… The instructions are difficult to understand, at least for me. I would try to follow the instructions but just trying to feed the paper through so it could print was a PAIN!! It says you have to place the paper in the feeder, hold the feeder button til the blue light blinks twice, and it should print. The problem is the paper will go through the feeder regardless, so while I try to place the paper as close as possible without feeding it through the machine will grab it anyway. When I was able to print sometimes it would print on the first, and second try. But other times it would take more than 5 tries just to print. I’m following the instructions but I’m not sure if it’s a user error or the instructions. I really do think that the product is good but I have to give it a 4 because of how much of a hard time I had trying to print. I still think it’s a really good printer, I think the issue has to be on me since I’ve never used a printer like this before. Tho I am giving it 4 because of that and limited instructions.

Just took out of the box to use and I will tell you I AM NOT PLEASED. Not at all whatsoever. Immediately needed customer support which although it was almost immediately available you could tell that they really did not want to help. They were not at all patient. So I figured it out on my own. Now, once again I am needing help but I am on a screen where I cannot even go back to a Home Screen or ask for even chat support or anything. The only option is to get out of the app altogether. Trying to work with and figure this software and how to add from my files is an issue because it looks like you cannot do that. It will not pick up some images from my photos either even though I just added that and refreshed page. In today’s busy world we need technology that helps us out-that’s fast, easy and user friendly. This is not that. I wish I had never purchased this item. If returns were easy I would do so. I would rather go with another product. I have a NIIMBOT for smaller labels. Should have checked to see if they have a bigger NIIMBOT printer that could print 4x6 shipping labels before purchasing this one. It is not user friendly. Customer service is not user friendly. 2 stars given for the idea of the printer itself, the fact that it is compact, print quality with test print was good, wireless connectivity seemed fast and easy enough. As for durability I have not had it long enough to attest to that but it seems like that could be 50/50. At this point I absolutely do not recommend this printer.
