I find that this makes a difference to my neck for a few hours afterwards particularly if used before going to bed .

I like that this is double sided and easy to keep clean and made with long lasting materials. It feels very well made. The purpose of double sided seems to be so you can build up slowly to a more advanced stretch. I.e. you initially put the back of your head onto the slopping side so your head is held in place, then for a more intensive stretch you put slopping side between shoulder blades and then your head hangs over a steeper edge with no support ultimately extending the stretch with gravity taking over.I am currently suffering with thoracic outlet syndrome which is causing headaches, dizziness and blackouts. I have an extensive list of daily neck stretches and am in constant severe neck and head pain. I cant tell if this is having an impact due to the many exercises I have to do at the moment, but it feels comfortable to lie on and helps me to relax. I could barely get my arms to a 90 degree position on floor at first and am able to notice my arms are in more contact with the floor after regular use and that flexibility is improving so as a means to relax and measure mobility, it is working and not doing any harm to use this device along side my other exercises. I cant really feel the massage nodules, so feel these could be a bit bigger as I like the feel of larger nodules on my massage roller, but the device is very well made and easy to clean due to good quality water resistant material. My chiropractor said there is no scientific evidence currently to approve the use, but also said it couldn't do me any harm and that he would be interested to learn from my experience. I think it has a place in my daily routine at the moment, but do feel I am not getting as much stretch as I feel I would like, but it is perfectly safe to use and I am using to aid stretch of other areas to encourage arms to contact floor, so it is helping me positively to an improved posture regardless.

I bought this after reading the great reviews as I was having consistent neck pain and what felt like a continual cricked neck. It’s good and it does put your neck in a good position in which it can extend and relax.However I didn’t find it as amazing as other reviewers did, possibly because I needed more stretch than this gives.It is good, supportive and feels like it puts my neck in the right position. It’s reasonably comfortable and easy to use and clean. The case is a bonus. I didn’t find it as transformational as some others but would nonetheless recommend it as an inexpensive and reasonably effective posture aid.

Tad expensive maybe but good quality material and not cheap looking or feeling, hopefully should last years. Nice and relaxing the easy was around but too much the other way atm but good that I've got that to move onto. Keep the device close to the shoulder end of your neck rather than the head end. Happy with purchase.

Get one, use it and only then you'll know how good this item is. Even if you don't suffer from any of the said ailments, it's just a super relaxing product.
