Remarkably well written explanations and examples of the Three Principles. I have read (or have on order) nearly every book I could find on the Three Principles (aka Health Realization) and cannot stress how good this book is. Jack Pransky methodically builds on his explanations of these principles. He ties them together and explains how they interrelate. What I found so helpful was the periodic examples from his practice with explanations before and after. I was struggling wrapping my head around some of the explanations I had read in other sources and had written down at least a dozen questions that I did not understand - in my own words. I was somewhat stunned and delighted as each and evey one of these questions were answered in the book by Jack Pransky. The last several pages are an excellent summary of the entire book and the reader is provided with an outstanding summary of all that was presented in a clear, concise, and complete manner. If you are searching for a sound explanation of these life changing principles, then do not hesitate purchasing this book. I bought the Kindle version and was very pleased with it across the board. The last thing I would like to say is thank you to Jack for taking the time and care in writing this book - it has already paid dividends in my and my family's life and I look forward applying what I learned moving forward.

Jack has made the 3 principles easy to digest in this book!
I have been studying the 3 Principles for the past 2 years (read many books and talks by Syd Banks) and was finding it quite hard to comprehend beyond the intellect. Jack's vulnerability, openness, and ability to give really simple and relatable examples really simplified and deepened my understanding. He's a brilliant man. Would absolutely say this book should be recommended 3 Principles reading material.

Good information on how to deal with unwanted "thought" patterns. Easy to understand, many examples. Highly recommended for those of us who have trouble stepping out of negative thought patterns.

Life changing.
I have gone to behavioral therapists for more than 25 years, they always had me digging in to the past, exploring the pain from an extremely traumatic childhood and assuming how those experiences were impacting my life now. Sadly, I lived in the past for those 25 years. It has been 4 months since I read this book and while negative thoughts or memories still enter my mind (I used to call them PTSD or flashbacks) after reading this book, I can easily let them go and rebalance my thinking. The damage those thoughts do to me is so much less. I focus on empathy and gratitude-now and let the past be where it belongs, in the past.

A little open door to clarity in a world full of noise
I really loved this book. I read it in a couple of days during the Christmas break and it made an immediate impact. I'm no stranger to the self-help genre and am even aware of this area of "our thoughts make the world". However, for this book made it all clear for me in a way no other author has before. Pransky has a real talent for presenting the simple, simple truths in a way that strikes deep. Like any good non-fiction book, I was constantly putting the book down to to stop and think about how it applied to my life.It's the kind of book that you need to read a few times, maybe once a year (as he prescribes) to 'recalibrate' yourself to the concepts.Really a beautiful book...thanks

A great and mind-blowing read!
It's powerful in its simplicity. I've got into digging deeper into "The Three Principles" because of Michael Neill's "Inside-Out Revolution".I come out of reading this book with a feeling that "everything sounds so familiar" -- like I've known these things before and now I am starting to remember again; but this time, without all those (personal, mental) religious "baggage" getting in the way.I am glad that I came across the work of Sydney Banks. It's like I've come full circle in my spiritual path, but this time, as if I am seeing the territory for the first time.It's wonderful to be alive!!!

Excellent Book
Very simple concepts that work. This book can be transformational for people who want to understand how we all make our own reality out of life. Well worth the read.

Incredible book. One of the godfathers of the three principles. The whole Syd Banks approach has really given me another way of thinking ..... but it works!!! It’s simple and it’s obvious but that’s what makes it so easy! Waxed lyrical about this book and lots of colleagues and friends who read this agree, it’s life changing!

ich stolperte im internet ganz unabsichtlich auf dieses buch und es hat sofort begonnen mein leben zu ändern. es gibt viele sachbücher, die zeigen, wie man in gewissen situationen denken und agieren sollte, aber dieses buch zeigt man, wie man selbst dazu kommt und nebenbei (oder eig davor) zur ruhe im kopf kommt
