Great Product
Great laptop overall, love the touchscreen, great facial recognition, quick & easy to use. It would be 5 stars if it had a CD/DVD drive and a better battery.

Wi-Fi has not worked consistently since first received and hinges suck
I’ve had this product for a little less than two years. Over the course of these two years I’ve had consistent issues with the WI-FI adapter, having to go so far as fully factory resetting my PC. It has progressed to the point where I can do absolutely nothing to fix it. I can’t download drivers (I’ve attempted it), and wired connections don’t work either. The week I received this, I had an immediate WIFI issue, where the network adapter pretty much ceased to exist. Resetting it worked, but not this time.Something else worth noting, is that the hinges are absolute garbage, connected by plastic plating with screws. This laptop is less than two years old, it should not be this bad. I’ve tried every feasible thing that could fix this problem multiple times. It’s broken, just in time for school. Spend your money on a durable laptop above all else.

Had to send it back. Plugged it in, pressed start, and got nothing. Waste of time.
