If your not taking zinc thru the cold and flu season, you should and this is the way. Zicam products have always been a high quality, immunal support in our household chew a few of these a day and practice good hygiene and let the others get the illnesses.

Despite numerous trips to the doc when my teenager started having skin issues and losing hair, the docs don’t always catch everything.
