Mostly plastic, but the lenses are fantastic.
I went with another brand that I never got to try because the lenses were missing (twice). I went with this one instead and am very happy. Everything works and, for the price, the quality is great. The lenses are very clear and the focal point is out a bit which allows me to paint miniatures with my older eyes.

Last only about 2 to 3 months before the wire doesn’t work anymore
This is my 10th pair. They last 2 to 3 months, and the wire always becomes faulty.

Not worth the money
The light would not stay attached to the frame because the weight of the cord pulled the light off and the clip that help the light to the frame wasn’t tight enough to hold it in place. I returned it and purchased a different unit.
