Amazing product! I regret I did not buy it sooner
I have heard great reviews of Elvie but once that I experienced I can just say that this is my third baby and I hated pumping, with my previous pump, Medela automatic, it was slow and very discomfortable but also I hated waste my time pumping and not being able to do anything else... but Elvie is a next level... I bought the double one and it so efficient, I got much more milk supply in half of the time. I love the app! It is so useful, the step by step guide for first use and the way that you can control it! I strongly recommend the product, for me pumping was a nightmare in the past and I was not willing to pump with this baby but after my friend convince to try this one, I can say that I do not hate it anymore! I also love that it comes with 21 and 24 mm shield so can be adapted to your nipple size.

Highly ineffective pump
Cons of this product:- Tricky to assemble- Did not get much milk at all- worked for about 3 weeks then stopped getting any milk from it- Uncomfortable (the shields are made from hard plastic, I’d advise getting a pump with silicon shields)- Expensive compared to other brands- Flanges must be purchased separately, further increasing costsThis pump led me to believe I had a very low supply which was dropping, making breastfeeding very stressful. I once got 120ml from this pump but most times it was 30-50ml, then eventually nothing.I almost gave up on breastfeeding but in order to exhaust all options I purchased a pump from much cheaper brand. This pump produced 3 times the amount of milk in less time than the Elvie. It was more comfortable and included spare flanges of different sizes and replacement valves which have to be purchased separately if buying the Elvie pump. I’ve had my new, cheaper breast pump for 3 months now and still get lots of milk from it.I feel ripped off by this Elvie pump. I lent it to a friend when I stopped using it and she also struggled to get more than a few ml from it.I strongly advise researching other, cheaper breast pump brands and avoiding Elvie, most of the cost of this pump is likely spent on their expensive marketing campaigns!

Brilliant pump
I bought this breast pump as it was recommended to me by a friend and it’s been brilliant. As a first time mum adjusting to my new life has been a whirlwind and anything that can help make things easier have been welcomed. This pump is very simple to set up and is super easy to clean. I love the hands free, it makes it very convenient and possible to pump while still doing daily activities. I really liked how compact it was and it fit very comfortably in my bra. The price tag is a little higher than others but I would say it’s worth it as it gives you convenience and flexibility.

Brilliant quality and great product.
I used the very first pump with my first born; loved it and this one is even better. Comfortable fit, great to have the app and definitely on par with the hospital grade pump. Makes pumping so much easier and efficient. I highly recommend it to mums purchasing a pump that can be used at home, on the go and whilst you’re holding baby and getting on with your day!

Breaks after 2 months of use
It’s a great pump until one day or stops working.Easy to use and clean, and comfortable.I received one of these as a gift, and bought a second one. Both stopped working after 2 months of use for the same reason. It’s an issue with the rubber seal on the cap so the pulp loses suction completely. Really frustrating.Good customer service. If you’re within the warranty period, Elvie will send a replacement part for free.Although you couldn’t buy a replacement part of you wanted to - suppliers have been out of stock for months.

Cheap useless pumps
The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The pumps were totally useless and I kept getting replacement parts that did nothing for me. This back and forth meant my milk supply didn't establish and I struggled to get it back to a good level. I was then finally told I would get a refund but only if I sent the parts back. I did this, but no refund came. After chasing I was asked for proof of posting to get the refund, I did this as well. Since then, I have been chasing for over two months and getting bounced around but no refund has come through. As a new mum, I have little time spare and yet I'm wasting the bit of downtime I have in chasing to no success. Disgraceful behaviour for a company that says is built for women - such a lack of empathy and respect. The pumps are cheap quality and favour aesthetic over function. Do not recommend.

Better than the Elvie single
Still not great though.. better pump quality and still pretty discreet but quite fiddly and not sure the green bits always align thus meaning no suction or milk
