Best electrolyte capsules I have found yet. Taken them for a few years. Helped immensely with leg cramps. Stopped for 1 months, cramping returned. Back on them daily. My body needs them year round, but more in the summer sweating months.

I moved to a very humid area in SW Missouri.These are a must have for the humid months! You lose so many electrolytes so quickly even just sitting that if you are not careful you will get very sick in a very short while.These help restore all those electrolytes and keep you feeling good. I take one at night after a sweaty day and I sleep better with things in balance. I take one if I am going outside to work in the humidity. Really makes a difference.Worth the money to try.I imagine they would be great for ultra athletes and hikers also.

These capsules are great! Not only are they easy to swallow if I'm not careful the gelatin will begin to melt before I've even taking it .So solubility is obvious and I noticed a difference I'm not straight away. Within the first week there were changes . I've always been low on electrolytes every time my doctor will do my blood work she seems to have believed it's due to my long term use of medication for a lifelong condition. This has brought my electrolytes back up to normal giving me energy and truly helped me feel better. I would highly recommend trying them. These capsules have given me that little boost that I've needed. Medication for depression brings down your electrolytes I know this because that's what I'm on and have been for decades these capsules have helped equal out my small imbalance my medication works almost enough but not quite enough this has completed it. So my conclusion has been that I was low on electrolytes because of the medication and there are very few meds I can't take. Everyone's physiology is different but it's always worth a try in my opinion and I have been battling my situation ever since I was a child.

I have been taking this for leg cramps and thus far, it's been working pretty well. I still do get cramps once in a while but it is not as severe as prior to taking Keto Vitals. Reason for 4 stars is that after awhile, the capsules begin sticking together. Recommend that the manufacturer/distributor put one of those packets that absorbs moisture/humidity.

I ordered this product as soon as I decided to try the Ketogenic diet in order to decrease my chance in getting the Keto flu. It has been three weeks since I started this way of eating and the supplements have really helped. I am eating a wholesome diet of dark leafy greens and veggies, healthy fats and organic or grass fed meats, as well as taking a multivitamin and water with electrolytes- so I also contribute that to not getting the Keto flu.The product does exactly what it offers. Although I have never had any issues with falling asleep i will occasionally have a night where I toss and turn all night and end up feeling so tired the next day. Since taking these, I am getting a full night's rest, with little to no tossing or turning. I don't feel like I need to nap mid-day because I really do have more energy.I would highly recommend these if you are thinking about going Keto, or if you are just looking for a supplement that has Calcium, Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium.

The product DOES NOT WORK! It SUCKS as a matter of fact! I was really looking forward to it to relieve my horrible leg cramps that occur every time I try the Keto diet. I want and need to lose so much weight, but I can't STAND THE PAIN of the leg cramps that happen after about a week only! I think maybe because you don't even have a full day's requirement of each of the electrolyte vitamins, so I took up to 6 pills a day and STILL didn't get any relief, and had to go OFF of the diet and eat bad carbs and sugar to relieve the PAIN! I wasted my money, and would really like a REFUND! At the same time, I was also eating foods that supposedly had potassium, calcium, sodium, and magnesium in them, along with a multi-vitamin, and extra supplements of the above, and your product, and STILL got no relief, even with lots of ADVIL!!! I didn't want to go off of the diet, which I can totally do, but I can't stand the pain which is throbbing 24/7! I think you have false advertising that your product will aleviate the Keto leg cramping, BECAUSE IT DOESN'T!! I am mad as hell, and want a refund. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, but I had to, to submit this rating.

Product works okay, but the full list of ingredients wasn't on the product page; there is actually an additional amino acid (L-leucine) added to the extra "other" ingredients within the capsule; would have been nice to know, but it wasn't on the nutrition label. Also, in order to get the bottle open, you have to remove plastic which covers the sides of the cap, but unfortunately it's completely attached to the ENTIRE label, so as you tear that off, it will also damage and remove part of your label, or leave it a mess. There should have been a separate safety seal covering the cap area, separate from the rest of the label.

These are great! I do the keto way of eating, and if I don’t get enough of my electrolytes in my diet, I get muscle cramps in my feet and legs that are horrible. I take one of these in the morning and one in the evening and sometimes I’ll take another one throughout the day if I feel that I need them.
