It works with (no) smell
Decided to try this cream and it really helps with lower back and general muscle discomfort. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't find any smell strong in this product, actually, it doesn't smell at all! EDIT: Had to lower this to 4 stars, they've added menthol now and it smells like Bengay which is a little to loud for when you are around people and don't want a strong smell. It still works great though!

Pain Be-gone
Just rub it on..not much needed. Mild to moderate joint pain will go away in 5 or ten minutes. Works great on mild to moderate low back pain. No side effects.

Change in product
Did they change the formula on this? Or was this one a bad batch? I really liked it before but this has no smell not as normal light minty smell and a different color and texture I do not like

Didn’t need physical therapy for my knee
My knee, my foot and toes were in pain from arthritis. I went to an orthopedic Doctor trying to make me buy braces, cortisone shots didn’t help, nothing would. My knee hurt so bad when I got up I had to hold on to something. They told me I had to take physical therapy. That Voltarin cream advertised in commercials didn’t help. I researched and found this cream and rubbed it in those areas for about a week or so and the pain started to go away. This cream is organic and contains those ingredients that attack inflammation and joint pain and I am back to normal. It has a nice wintergreen smell and I truly recommend this.

This is a great product.
I broke my wrist back in November, and the doctor said it may take 3 to 12 months to have complete use of my wrist. It does still hurt, but this, along with Penetrex, really helps with the pain. I highly recommend it.

Minty
It has a ton more in it than just Glucosamine, chondroitin, & MSM. It has a minty smell and a bit of a cooling sensation. It does help relieve painful joints. The cream is typical lotion consistency and rubs in smooth without leaving you overly sticky.
