I’m not recommending anyone not follow Dr advice on prescription meds however after major lifestyle changes I got it “borderline” without prescription medication. My doctor agreed I could come off if I kept track and let him know if it got higher. Long story short this has taken me out of borderline to normal. You can smell the garlic but not taste it and I don’t burp it.
