The packages have a good size for the knee. When frozen they stay relatively flexible compared to other similar products I know. Very helpful is the the bag with flexible strap which comes with the packages and can hold them when needed. Good product, reasonable priced.

Game changer for a broken rib recovery. Quick to freeze, very easy to change the packs out. Generously sized, Velcro is effective and not constricting. Super effective at icing an affected area!

Just the job
This product comes with two gel packs The fabric gel-pack holder has a firm velcro-fastening band to hold the gel pack firmly against the affected body part. The instructions for heating/freezing are clearly printed on the gel packs. The product is easy to use and effective.

Better off with a bag of peas.
Gets cold but nowhere near cold enough for 20mins ice of a sprained ankle. The wraps are good tho. Haven’t tried it for heat. Better of with that bag of peas!

Good product dodgy title
The heat/cold packs are great but the description is slightly misleading.The 3 pieces are 2 packs and one holder rather than the 3 packs I was expecting. Still worth the price paid but not as much of a bargain as I was expecting.
