Rock Climbing: Essential Skills and Techniques

Very pleased with the book. It has been a great help in starting my climbing adventure.

This book is apparently the bible for climbing in the UK and it was recommended on a course I did recently. Honestly, I didn't like it. I have the Rockfax Trad Climbing book and I found that much better to read and follow. This book jumps around and when I did refer to it looking for specific answers I always came away empty-handed. I don't think it is all it's cracked up to be. If it is the only climbing book you buy it might be okay but I don't think it is the best by any means.
