Opened and used
Came to me with bottom opened and missing inside information. I don't even think the actual product was in bottle because it said would smell a little like permanent solution and this had very little smell more like lotion or cheap Conditioner. When I went to company site for directions learn this is no longer made. IT'S DISCONTINUED PRODUCT! THANKS ALOT AMAZON!
