Works Great!
I've tried so many different water softeners and carbon filters to try and remove the tannins in my well water. They helped but I never got clear water until I installed this one. I haven't had the filter installed for long but I will update this review after a few months. The instructions were helpful but not complete. I was able to do some digging and found an old video from the manufacturer that was helpful. I did reach out to them with questions and they were quick to reply. Overall, my only regret is that I didn't get this filter first.

Excellent customer service
We ordered both a water softener and a tannin filter system. Before they were even shipped we received a call from customer support to confirm the order and to coordinate getting matching brine tanks for both systems. The install was quick and easy with the instructions provided. After installing we realized the meter unit on the tannin filter had a leak. We reached out and were immediately sent a new metering unit. The customer service was amazing and this is an excellent product. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I definitely would.
