I felt a lot fresher and better down there after v steaming. The herbs are a great earthy and healthy blend for the yoni. Overall amazing!

Smells nice!
I boil water in my kitchen on my stovetop and then put one pack in the pot after it is not on the heat and seep it like tea. It smelled herby, but good. It really helped me relax and for my kitchen and living room to smell good. I did not experience any of the advertised effects, but I did enjoy the scent.
