This beautiful electric file is quiet and has a very sleek design with a touch screen to control the forward and reverse way to drill. However, it always starts the opposite way to drill which I believe is more handy for left handed dominant. I am right handed, however this is just a minuscule issue. The battery life is also shown as one of the options so you always know when charged. Overall great product, will be back to see how long this one lasts.

The first one that was sent was broke. The seller was nice and sent a new one. Now the 2nd one was good.

This product worked really well. I purchased this product because I wanted to try using the dip nail polish. Getting the nail polish off proved to be a challenge though, so I purchased this because when I've had my nails done professionally, they have used this type of machine on my nails. The reason for the 4 stars is because as I was trying to file the dip nails off, it's rotating so fast that it burns and hurts. No joke. It feels like your nail is burning it gets so hot. You need to be aware that it takes layers off of your nail too. It's filing DOWN your nail. I have thick nails. Not after having used this priduct. It filed them so thin that they hurt. It's been over a month since i used the polish and used this machine. My nails grow fast, so they are growing back thick again (to my relief). I won't be using this to remove polish but I will use it to help file and shape my nails in the future.Good product l, just be careful when using it.

Update!!!Awesome customer service. The company reached out hours after my initial review and sent me a replacement drill immediately. It came and seems to work great. Both settings F and A work and the drill itself hasnt become hot. Thanks Hugmaple!Ok im not sure if I just received a faulty item or what, but I purchased this drill by going off of all the great reviews. Trying it for the first time, I only get power if I turn the dial up the highest setting. Im a seasoned nail technician so Im used to that high of a setting, but after using for a minute or so, the drill become so hot in my hand, I couldnt even hold it anymore. It was burning hot. Ive never experienced this with a nail drill before. I turned it off and let it sit, turned it back on and the same thing is happening. Ive bought several nail drills off of amazon in the past years and this is the worst one yet. I am so disappointed

The cost wasn’t bad at all! And it came it some other items: nail files, drill bits and extra sanding bands.I like the holder on the side for the handpiece and it comes with another holder you can sit on the table.I like that its cordless! I hook it on my hip and go! There is also a kick stand if you want to sit it on the table/desk.Battery live is really good, I used it three times and haven’t plugged it up yet.I like how you can change the setting by touching the setting icon on the front of it.

So smooth and easy for beginners, drill bits could be a little more course other than that it great !

I worked really good for all of 2 months now has completely stopped working . I never even dropped it so I know it’s not damaged just defective!

This drill was amazing.. until it suddenly died and never came back out alive. I wanted to repurchase it or get a new unit, but I think it may have been discontinued or out of stock. The seller was very easy to deal with and gave me a refund!

The product was packed perfectly and was delivered fast. The package was not broken and came in mint condition.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this and yet haven't used it, but I did turn it on to check the rpm and to see how the forward and reverse work after 3x of switching back and forth the reverse stopped switching over. But I guess I will see how well it works 😬 aside from that it is compact no wobble and not to big if you have small hands.
