I broke my ankle in 3 spots August ‘24 (1fibula, 2 tibia) and have finally recovered enough to walk without the restrictive brace. I had to wear it longer than usual because I walk an extreme amount for work. The most problematic area I have dealt with though has been around my subtalar joint area. I use the arch support insoles from the dr and they definitely help! (I have normal arches, but the support helps your foot, ankle, knees, hips, yada-yada. I learned that from the Dr. So glad I know that now lol) I missed the help from my brace but it was too restrictive. At night time my discomfort/pain increases and I still wanted support while I’m working. I have had issues periodically with plantar fasciitis as well, but as I said I got this for my ankle. The MOMENT I put this on I had such a relief on my ankle! The kind of relief that almost brings you to tears! Like a great massage does, you know. I can absolutely see how it helps with the PF as well. I almost didn’t buy these because I wasn’t sure if it would help my ankle but I’m so glad I did! If it continues to help this much I’ll definitely be getting another pair!Some reviews mentioned how tough they are to put on and take off, and I can say that they are VERY snug so it doesn’t just slide on and off. But they are not difficult to put on and take off in my opinion. The fabric is very comfortable and doesn’t bother me any. I did measure my arch before ordering and I think that’s very important. It’s very simple to wear with shoes.This is the first review I’ve ever done and I’ve ordered many things! I did want to clarify that I got it for my ankle and not PF, so that if anyone was wondering if it was helpful for the ankle area I would definitely say yes!! I choose a medium although a bit bigger then was recommended but fit perfectly. Very comfortable as able to wear all day.Really helped with my weak ankle

I gave this item 4 stars which is still good. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 was the compression could of been a little tighter. But all around still a great product

Supports my super high arches better than the insoles in my shoes. Huge improvement in comfort.I initially ordered size M, but this was too large. I emailed the seller, and he immediately shipped me the same product in a size Small -- at no charge. And and it worked great. My cranky old feet seriously appreciate the additional comfort of the Smaller size.

These are okay but just okay. The Pedifix brand is far superior--and far more costly. This pair help reduce pain for sure, but about half much. They allowed me to sleep and I was glad for them, but I will definitely buy Pedifix next time I have some extra cash. What makes Pedifix better is more thoughtful construction and better material which result in more give/flex/grip/compression as well as comfort, all at the same time somehow, which results in stretching the fascia of the sole of the foot, to make the pain go away.

Great product. Not too tight but a good support. I bought the beige color and an pleased with the product.

I honestly am kicking myself that I didn’t buy this sooner ! It helped so much from the first time i tried it, I could walk better / normal and not be in pain anymore. Would recommend to anyone going through the same thing. Easy to wear with sneakers or around the house, just very comfortable .

I have been suffering from with burning hyper sensitive feet for about six years and have tried every cream and massager to relieve the pain. I was only able to do short walks before the pain overwhelmed me. I finally decided to try these compression foot sleeves, but I was not very optimistic and at the end on my rope. I needed something to work. It’s a miracle after the very first day of wearing these compression sleeves the pain was gone and the hyper sensitivity. My feet feel normal again. I even went on a long walk with my wife with no pain. It is an absolute miracle. I just bought my second pair. Thank you for this amazing life changing product.
