Excellent product. I found out I do not produce Lactase naturally but for years suffered with all the stomach trouble from dairy unaware. Lactaid is reliable and most effective. This product version requires 3 pills for the 9,000 unit dose and that is fine. It starts working immediately to break down dairy products of all kinds. Excellent product for those that are lactose intolerant. The only thing I have to say about it is that the serving size tells you to take three. That’s unnecessary for some people. When I first discovered I was lactose intolerant I only needed one. As I got older my stomach got more prone to dairy and I’d need two and NOW I need three. I wouldn’t be surprised if after a while I may even need four! If your stomach is not extremely sensitive to dairy I’d recommend just one. Just sensitive then two. Very sensitive then I’d go with three.
