It works Great!
It was a fairly easy replacement job. Wiring was easy and the mechanical part was also simple. It works as advertised, I love it.

Installation was pretty easy on my class “A” RV
Package arrived on time and was well packed and protected. Installation was pretty easy on my class “A” RV. Total install time was approx 4 hours, that includes making a wood platform for my rotocast compartment and running a 12 volt DC power line from my battery bay. This was a nice addition to my RV, cleans up the bay and makes reeling in the fresh water hose a snap!!

I broke the toggle switch.
The product works great in our RV. We have one for our power cord and we have one for the water hose. What I’m looking to find is a new plastic switch for retracting the hose I broke to piece off and would like to buy just the independent switch. Is there anyone that can help me?

Good reel, but included hose makes water taste *awful*
While I'm happy with the reel itself: The water hose that it comes with imparts the absolute worst taste I've ever encountered from a drinking water hose on an RV. It doesn't just taste "plasticky" it's so strong it almost burns. Even just brushing your teeth with water from this hose leaves a sour taste in your mouth for hours.

Good product but a little pricey
Works well in Rv. Saves space and allows for easy storage of drinking water hose especially when it is cold out making hoses hard to roll up
