Q: Is it normal for the battery to drain quite fast in the first day of use ?

With re-rechargeable batteries it's normal, once the battery is discharged and re-charged around 3 times it gets its best performance, so it's expected to drain fast at first. Hope this helps

Q: what rpm is the high speed?

There are two speeds It’s not so much the speed as the attachments that come with it It certainly cleans. But I have no idea of rpm

The one I got did not come with a case.
