This is a very solid, high quality rocking chair that we are very happy with. It comes in only 5-6 easy pieces to assemble together and the fabric-texture of the Light Gray color is really smooth and soft. This is the 2nd Chair we've bought from the same seller and both chairs are working great. We have a new-born baby getting rocked in the chair every day and it is doing it's job. FIVE STARS!!

Ordered this chair for our son’s room. We needed something more compact than a glider/recliner and that still would provide support as well as style. The color looks as described! I love how versatile the chair is and could really be used in any room for many different purposes. When installing, we accidentally put the arms on facing the wrong way which caused a noise, we reached out to customer support who guided us to the correct fix and have had no issues since! They were very prompt in response and extremely helpful. Overall a good experience!

The chair does a pretty good job but twice now the back of the chair has come unhooked from the arms of the chair and scared me while I was rocking the baby. I wish the dowel going into the arm of the chair was longer or sturdier so it didn’t slip out like it does. The chair is beautiful and comfortable and I appreciate this as well as the affordability of it!Edit: the customer service team reached out to me and were beyond kind and helpful. I was able to send them pictures and they helped me troubleshoot so we can ensure that their chairs are top quality. It’s rare to find a company that responsive and caring about their customers and want feedback.

I bought this chair for my daughter who was expecting baby number 2. The chair is very comfortable , fits in the small nursery very well and the price was great. The customer service was very impressive. We had an issue with one of the screw holes in the arm not fitting properly . They contacted us right away after we sent video of issue. They were wonderful and sent a new chair that arrived in days. I would highly recommend this product. After all excellent customer service is the key when you experience problems with an item ordered.

One year ago I bought this chair and it was awesome, we love it, my little son grew up in this chair. This chair is high quality, with my fail one leg broked and I just contacted seller, she is amazing person, she sent me new chair in home, am so excited that she did it for me and for my children’s, they love this chair and happy again.Thank you again Mary.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great customer service. Had an issue with the chair that just turned out to be my fault due to installing the arms on the opposite side. They responded quickly and helped me out. Highly recommend, great value and better service!

When I got the chair and assembled it it didn’t seem like the pieces fit right and could not be assembled correctly but after talking with customer service I realized it was my error and they helped me through it with helpful guidance. They listened to all my concerns and came up with great solutions. Great customer service!
