This is a very good chair. It looks exactly like in the picture and it was very easy to set it up. It barely took us 5 mind to set it up.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive all the parts. The quality of what I received was amazing though. Hoping that the replacement product has all the parts available. Afterwards I received all the parts in the replacement package and I'm glad I waited because the chair is both ergonomic and stylish. Keep up trh good work.

The lever to take the seat up and down had a broken hook - I feel cheated paying over Rs. 6500/- for this one. No instructions manual - no professional quality check or packaging! Don’t buy this one
