Have been using this since abt two months and we have been happy with its performance. Made smoothies and fruit juice effortlessly. Recently tried grinding masala paste and chutneys as well .. depending on the quantity and type of ingredients it requires extra grinding time.The glass jar is attractive and sturdy and easy to wash.Excellent product overall.

This is a long term review. I bought this in Jan. I wanted a small blender for personal use and this fit the requirement. Jar capacity is enough for about 2 glass of smoothie.Overall, this isn't worth the money. As other people have mentioned, jar has started leaking from the bottom and it hasn't been even a year. Never had a blender which does this.it's motor is very loud and isn't powerful enough to blend hard ingredients like almonds. Company also recommends not to use it continuously for more than 60 sec, which you may have to if its not blending properly. I have a 15 year old sujata mixer which still works better than this.This is a waste of money now as I won't be able to keep replacing the jar every few months. Not recommended.Update: Called morphy richards for warranty. They promptly take complaint but that is the end. Don't expect anything after that. They keep escalating the issue but It has been 15 days and no resolution yet. They told me jar leak is a known problem with this model. If out of warranty, part would cost rs500.

I bought this from a seller on AmazonThe product worked well for 3.5 months.Now it leaks and all the juice is out of the blender.It seems like a good product but I guess some minor repair.If the seller can help with service it would be great.

Pathetic quality...poor customer care service...leakage issue.

We bought this product on Oct’22. Now the jar started leaking at the bottom. Not recommending this product.

I have purchased this item just by believing in brand but when i first pour any liquid item it started leaking and once I have replaced it they charged me for that part of the jar but now the motor stopped working and they are saying that if water goes inside motor no warantee if the jar is leaking with less or no use how can one avoid the leaking even with some usages the water is leaking from the bottom no support from Amazon as well as Morphy richards, I can conclude that no one should but this product my worst blender in my life .

Overall it’s a nice product , but very loud and noisy, there’s some leakage as well , sufficient for 2 people only

Considering a mere 400W motor, this product by Morphy Richards is heavily overpriced. I cannot comment on performance and ease of cleaning as I did not use the product. Morphy Richards should consider building their brand value through quality of product and services provided. Resorting to such manner of chicanery will only damage their credibility.
