Warmers broke after 5 uses
The wax that comes with the warmer is nice, I usually breakout from waxing but I haven’t had any issues with this wax. With that being said though I have had the warmer for about two months now and have only used it about 4-5 times ( basically every other week) and two weeks ago the warmer stopped working. It will turn on but turns off frequently and I have to mess with the nob to get it to turn back on and have to keep checking it to make sure it stays on. Overall the was was worth the money but the warmer was a waste, I only got about 5 uses out of it before it started malfunctioning.

It's pretty difficult to clean out
The instructions that came with this product belong to a different wax warmer, but are vaguely applicable to this warmer. The wax STINKS, and they all smell the same. Overall, the product does the job. It's pretty difficult to clean out. The wax that comes with this warmer is not meant for large areas and works best in small strips. If you have oily skin, remove the oil from your skin with astringent before waxing.

Not painless when it says so
I've been looking fwd to this product. Im disappointed though. I dont know if its the type of wax but its supposed to be painless. There is no painless to this and that makes waxing difficult. Im trying to get through the pain but it has become time consuming. Did my lip, partially leg and armpit. Armpit is not happening again. The lip hurt but not as bad as the legs and armpit. Ive had a professional use hard wax on me and it didnt hurt this much and there is no fast motion and it might bc of the brand or something.

Don't give as a gift...
Bought for my wife......I highly recommend not purchasing these things for a loved one as a hint. The response was not as expected. Life has gone downhill since. Product worked great. It now sits in my closet as a reminder to not buy things like this as gifts...She is still pretty much a Sasquatch.

Not to buy it
This product sucksIt broke The same month of buying it and it just stop heating.You rather pay a bit more and get the Gigi line the wax of Gigi is way better and reuseable .The wax this product offers it's pretty bad you rather just pay 10 or 15 more and buy Gigi products better than this craaapp

LOVE THIS WAXER!
This waxer is excellent! After trying different epilators with less than stellar results I decided to try this little waxer based on the reviews. This waxer heats up fast and gets the job done with minimal pain. I'm loving it!

!!!!WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!
I received package on Tuesday April 10, on Thursday April 12 the Pro-Wax 100 quit working. So I requested a refund and I got charged a dollar to return the package. First of all I am devistated that the equipment is faulty and second I'm irritated that I'm being charged to return something that worked for 2 days. I'm so upset about this purchase.
