I’m from California and live in Scotland. One thing I miss is a good margarita from my favorite Mexican restaurants back home. For a while I bought the , well known to many, Costco premixed margarita but then, we moved up to Shetland for my husband’s work and now as far north as I can be.These were recommended to me by a fellow American expat so I thought why not give them a try and I was really impressed actually. No, they aren’t a typical as vodka isn’t usually an ingredient in margaritas but these tennis ball sized cocktails are super convenient for being outdoors for a BBQ or just enjoying when you crave a “Maggie”. Yes, each one is almost exactly the size of a tennis ball but they pack a punch so they have not skipped out when it comes to the tequila/vodka added to the ingredient list. Be warned!There are many ready made margaritas and other cocktails available online but I really liked that these were recommended by someone I know and that they use natural fruit juice instead of “flavoring” or “artificially flavored fruit juice”. I was also pleasantly surprised to see “women owned” on the container which is cool and best yet, they’re made in Texas where like my home state of California, they know margaritas in my experience.SERVING SUGGESTION? Craving a spicy margarita? Just mash up some jarred or fresh jalapeños (your choice) and add to a glass, add ice and pour one “Rita” over the ice and stir. For fun garnish add a garnish with fresh lime and sliced fresh jalapeño or jarred jalapeño slices. Also fun to add jalapeño slices to the water in ice cube trays when making ice. Many ideas for summer gatherings.The CONS:Each drink seems small at 200 mls, imagine a tennis ball? That said after adding a got bit of ice (as Americans are known to do) I found that the 200 mls, over ice, was no less than I’d get from any Mexican restaurant if I ordered “on the rocks”The only other issue is although pricing isn’t bad by comparison to others, an option to order larger packs would be great.Happy summer!

Bought these for my daughter, personally I thought they taste like toilet cleaner, can’t comment on other flavours, but she seems to like them although not asked for any more!

Ordered all six flavours from Amazon and they arrived quickly in one box. This one is a margarita so has a strong lime flavour. I poured it into a glass full of ice and it was gone in a few minutes! My excuse is it was during the really hot weather
