Out old tap started leaking and this was an ideal replacement. Easy to fit and offers and better quality than some of the others on offer. As a bonus, the longer neck reaches further into the sink, avoiding splashes. Recommended purchase - 😀

Looks like a really nice high quality tap but the thread is too short. I managed to install it without the chrome round part but only just. The product really needs at least 1cm more thread. Edit: The tap lever is just screwed in and kept coming loose so I had to glueing in. Other than that it’s great. Especially the two easy fit fittings to cover both 1/4” and 3/8” sized pipes. Had to return a tap because it was the wrong size.

I purchased this tap as a replacement for an existing filtered water tap that had failed. The tap being replaced was purchased from our water softener installer and self installed, it was more expensive than this one. Due to the cost of this tap I wasn’t expecting the world. However….. This tap was delivered and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The build quality is superb, the finish of the metal work is a satin brushed stainless steel, and it is significantly more robust and just feels like it will last longer than its predecessor. It is also supplied with push fit adapters to fit various feed piper diameters. Aside from the build quality and supplied fittings, the packaging is excellent. The branded box contained a fabric bag that contains the tap itself, this I presume was done to ensure that tap arrived scratches free and looking exactly as the pictures portray. I don’t usually write reviews, let alone to this length or detail, however I genuinely feel that the vendor has got this spot on, Whilst I don’t want them to put the price up, it would have easily justified extra cost, especially compared to its predecessor. It included all the relevant fittings making installation a breeze, and whilst it’s only been installed a couple of weeks I have every confidence it will last. Highly recommended if you are looking for a drop in replacement for a drinking water bypass for a softened water system.

Fantastic purchase for the money. Simple to install. Should fit through most worktops. Looks quality. Haven’t used it for long so can’t comment on the longevity of the ceramic cartridge. I bought this for a 5 stage water filtration system after moving house recently. Bought the same system but knew the drinking tap with the kit wasn’t the best. The company wanted to charge me over £70 for a tap similar to this. It’s a no brainer buying this tap, even if you have to buy a better ceramic replacement if it fails prematurely.

Not as conveniently designed as some other filter taps due to one having hold the tap down to dispense the filtered water.. BWT filter cartridges are expensive and no stocked by many retailers
