There is no smell and does not stay for long! It hardly stays for 8hrs So would not recommend!

Unfortunately the butter making the base of the product has turned rancid, probably due to exposure to high temperature during its storage, and it cannot be used without smelling of rancid

After using this deodorant for over a month, I can state this is a very good product. It keeps away body odour for up to 1 day even with slight sweating. Though you will not get the strong essential oil smell after 1 day but there will be no odour either. The liking for the smell of patchouli is subjective and I didn’t like it very much in the beginning but got accustomed with usage. Also the strong smell of patchouli wears down from the container with usage and it’s for good. Being a coconut oil based product I found it very nourishing to the skin. There was no irritation, dryness or itch. In fact the skin felt better nourished. Personal hygiene, diet, weather, stress levels/ sleep, body hair can all contribute to body odour. So no deodorant can address these multitude of factors. But, if you are taking care of these factors then the deodorant can help you further to control body odour.

The deo has a little powdery feel after the application which I don’t like. The smell is pleasant. There was no skin irritation and is skin friendly. The product has longevity. And I can also feel the smell even next day. Over all it’s a good quality product.
