I've only been taking it for about a week now and have no complaints. In fact, I've noticed an improvement in the one area that I bought it for. According to search results, Magneseum is good for constricted veins and overall blood flow. I had been noticing, numbness, tingling, pain, swelling, etc, in my left hand and wrist due to a medication I was taking. Taking this, combined with a daily multivitamin and, an occasional aspirin, has lessened the symptoms in my hand and wrist dramatically. Who knows if the Magnesium was part of the alleviation of the symptoms, but it certainly did not hurt. For that reason, I highly recommend taking a Magnesium supplement daily (there are many different types of magnesium, all with their own benefits. I will definitely be ordering this brand again if everything continues to progress well. So far I've just taken one capsule (400 mg) two hours before bedtime, but may soon start taking 800 mg (2 capsules) 2 hours before bed. I'm rambling now. I highly recommend both magnesium and Double Wood LLC.

Bought this as it’s a great value and hoping it would help with pre-menstrual pain. I started taking it for the first time less than a week before my period and while I still had pain it wasn’t as bad as it usually is. I’m hoping next month will be even better. As for it calming nerves and relaxing you- I can definitely tell you that it makes you sleepy. I feel it within 15 minute of taking it. I wouldn’t say I feel relaxed per se, just sleepy. I’ve been sleeping better since taking this.

I love this product!! I was taking sleep gummies for about 3-4 years! I know they are not good for long term use but I needed sleep! I researched that magnesium can help with sleep, so sure enough I tried it! And I absolutely recommend it!! I now have used up a whole bottle which lasted me 8months!!! I took it most nights! Huge capsules that nearly get stuck in your throat. If made smaller and more of them, you would still obtain the results.It's too soon to see if I get supplemental results.

It works really well, it takes away my leg cramps which make it very useful since I work 12 hrs walking in a Hospital, also I notice no more palpitations, I get tachy unexpectedly and it seems to be even up my heart rhythm ( this med supplement had been order for my cardiologist) and bonus game it make me more regular.I thought it was lack of potassium but actually was a lack of Magnesium.Highly recommended it.

There are several different forms of magnesium, most of which wreak havoc on our digestive systems, but Magnesium Glycinate doesn't usually cause any such problems. These capsules are easy to swallow and extremely well-priced.

I'm happy that I ordered magnesium glycinate. it relaxes me and I get restful sleep. Before I started taking, I was getting about four hours of sleep. Now, I'm getting between 7-8 hours of sleep. I would certainly recommend.
